There's no mistake in your example though. Gonçalo Ramos is on loan until the end of the season. Technically the transfer cannot be completed before the start of the new season because the loan contract won't expire before the end of June. This is how it works. See for example Álvaro Morata: He was on loan from Chelsea and signed a long-term contract with Atlético Madrid after the loan contract had expired.

That is actually not true. Gonçalo Ramos went on loan in August but 3 months after PSG activated the clause to buy the player definitively and he now signed with PSG until 2028. So the transfer was done 3 months after the initial loan. Benfica alteady comunicated that to CMVM. So the deal was done already.

3 months after August would be outside the transfer window though. Clubs can sign players anytime but to be eligible to play the player also has to be registered which can only be done during an open transfer window. Now he's already registered as a PSG player as long as he's on loan but that eligibility would end when the loan contract expires. To make him eligible again they need to register him anew which can't be done as long as the loan contract is running so he's going to be registered with PSG next summer again meaning the data in his profile is correct.
Of course all of that is very technical but as far as I know that's the way it works.
